I'm a content marketer and creative director, with a particular focus on cross-channel content strategy, content marketing programs and content creation... plus, a dash of good old-fashioned copywriting thrown in for good measure.

Originally training and working as a journalist and publisher, across newspapers, magazines, online, books, maps and apps, I've spent the past decade building content expertise and experiences at B2B organizations of all shapes and sizes, from Fortune 500 corporations to SAAS startups.

• Launched first Philips global blogging platform and progressed it to becoming a fully-integrated content marketing platform that delivered leads and subscriptions, while providing rich social and CRM content.
• Managed global multi-channel campaigns from concepting to activation.
• As well as global channels, responsible for building the capability of digital content creation, publishing and engagement through creating guidelines, best practice examples, and leading communications (newsletters, calls and webcasts) with colleagues in business units and markets.
• Sat on Digital Management Team, Global Editorial Steerco and Monthly Corporate Editorial Board.
• Managed team of both direct and dotted line reports; budget responsibility for content creation, promotion and reporting; relationship with multiple agencies.
• Hands-on experience with publishing and listening tools such as Buddy Media, Radian6, Hootsuite, Social Bakers, Sprinklr, Percolate as well as CQ5, Photoshop etc.
